带预防接种证到居住地所属的接种站办理儿童保健手册；带“预防接种证”到接种站办理入托审核盖章。
Parents should take vaccination certificate to the Vaccination station of the neighborhood, and to build a child care manual. |

入托体检 Physical examination
带儿童保健手册到本区妇幼保健院做入托体检。体检时间：周一——周五8:00~11:00，宝贝需要空腹体检。
Parents bring your child (without any food) and child care manual to children and women hospital in DDA and have a physical examination. Time: Monday to Friday 8:00-11:00 |

办理入院手续 Registration
幼儿体检合格后，需要带“儿童保健手册”原件、“预防接种证”复印件、幼儿及父母户口复印件，来幼儿园办理入园手续并到财务室缴费。
After the physical exam, parents bring the original child care manual and copy of vaccination certificate to register and pay the tuition and deposit. |

教师家访 Home visit
办理入园手续后，教师通过家访了解孩子的生活情况及特殊需要，和孩子彼此熟悉、建立关系，帮助孩子更好地适应幼儿园生活。
After going through the entry procedures, the teachers understand their children's life and special needs through their home visits, and get familiar with each other and establish relationships with their children, so that children can better adapt to the life in kindergarten. |
